Connecting RingCentral to Zoho CRM
To connect your RingCentral account with Zoho CRM, please follow the steps provided in
Zoho's RingCentral documentation. If you are not automatically prompted to enter your RingCentral credentials, open CRM and click your avatar photo toward the top right of the screen and a slide out menu will open:
Under the "Channel Status" section of the menu, select the settings icon for Phone:
You will then be prompted for your credentials. Enter them to connect, then set your calling preference (RingOut, Browser, SoftPhone, or RingCentral Desktop App) and preferred Outbound Caller ID.
Once connected, both incoming and outgoing calls from RingCentral to CRM records will be automatically logged as activities in CRM, irrespective of where the call is made through.
