Configuring/Syncing Email to Zoho CRM

To configure your email via IMAP with Zoho CRM, please follow the steps provided in Zoho's Configure IMAP Account documentation.

Note: Set email sharing permissions set to "Public."

Reconnecting a Disconnected Email

From time to time because of changing passwords, emails synced through IMAP not being opened for over a month, or user inactivity, email syncs can automatically disconnect. If your email falls out of sync, it will affect your ability to both email from within CRM. When attempting to do so, you may see an error similar to this:







To reconnect your email, open Settings > Channels and under the email configuration tab look for the option to "log in again," and do so to revalidate your credentials. If that option does not appear, you can alternatively deactivate then reconnect your IMAP:
