CRM Workflow/Automation Request
To request a workflow or automated process be created in our CRM, email Javier Carabeo directly at
jcarabeo@protranslating.com and include the following info:
- Module: Which module are we creating an automation for? E.g., Leads, Contacts, Deals, Companies, etc.
- Trigger: What should cause the action to be executed? There are three possible options:
- On creation or editing of a record: we can trigger an action for all records in a module, or for ones created or edited to meet certain conditions
- On a set date/time: we can use a date field within a record, e.g., closing date for a deal, to trigger an action
- Based on score: we can trigger actions based on increases or decreases in lead scoring or other similar scoring rules
- Action(s): we can automate of the following actions. Specify which you would like to do:
- Field Update: change an existing field value or add a new value to a field
- Owner Assignment: change the owner of the record
- Add or Remove Tags: custom tags can be applied as needed for the purposes of categorization
- Email Notifications: An email template can be created with any needed merge fields and sent to the relevant recipients. If this is requested, specific the email needed in the notification and who should receive it.
- Create a Task: we can create a task or call assigned to the record owner
- Webhooks: We can send a webhook to trigger a task in a 3rd party application
- Custom Functions: Custom functions can be written for many other tasks. These request must be evaluated on a case-by-case tournament.
